Hair Transplant Surgery: An Overview
Abstract
Hair transplantation is a medical procedure that involves removing hair follicles from one area of the body, referred to as the 'donor site,' and transplanting them to a bald region of the body, referred to as the'recipient site.' Male pattern baldness is the most common condition treated with this method. Grafts containing hair follicles that are genetically resistant to balding are transplanted to the bald scalp in this minimally invasive technique.
