Abstract
This paper will cover all about the legality of International law and its outreach at the global level. It will also discuss about the human rights and its purpose, meaning , nature and relationship between the international law and human rights . Human rights play a vital role in shaping the world at larger level. It will also throw light on moral rights and legal aspect of human rights. Further to bring new dimensions , measures, and safeguards in international law This paper will also discuss about the conditions of women with disability and what rights are available to them.
