Funded Community Development and Fieldwork in Pediatric Occupational Therapy Practice

Abstract
The quantities of word related advisors in local area practice are not yet enormous enough to give hands on work situations to oblige all understudies. This article portrays a venture intended to teach local area organizations that don't utilize word related advisors, about our administration while simultaneously getting new hands on work situations. We utilized nearby unique discipline and offsite same discipline oversight to give under studies to chosen organizations without cost. Financing for one year from the Ontario Ministry of Health to the Ontario University Programs in Rehabilitation Science empowered us to start and assess the task. Understudies in the venture fostered their capacity to work freely and to see their possible job in wellbeing advancement and avoidance. Notwithstanding the absence of on-going government financing, after four years, local area destinations are not exclusively being kept up with, yet the quantity of locales has expanded from 28 to 39, giving a sum of 75 understudy arrangements.
