Abstract

Pediatric vaccination has evolved significantly over the past century, from the discovery of basic vaccines to the development of more sophisticated, targeted immunization strategies. The progression from traditional inactivated and live vaccines to advanced technologies, including recombinant, mRNA, and nanoparticle-based vaccines, has reshaped the way we approach disease prevention in children.
