Abstract

Ecological psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on the relationship between individuals and their environment. Rooted in the idea that behaviour is shaped by the interactions between organisms and their surroundings, ecological psychology seeks to understand how humans perceive, act within, and influence their ecological contexts. In this article, we delve into the principles, applications, and significance of ecological psychology in understanding human behaviours and environmental sustainability.
