These dynamic and ever-changing environments serve as vital transition zones where freshwater rivers meet and mingle with salty ocean waters. In this article, we delve into the unique characteristics, ecological importance, and human impacts on estuaries, highlighting their significance in shaping coastal landscapes and supporting biodiversity
