Abstract

In an increasingly digital world, apps that facilitate simple, intuitive communication and picture-based messaging are becoming vital tools for individuals who face challenges with verbal communication. These applications offer an accessible way to convey messages and share information, bridging gaps that traditional communication methods might not address effectively. Complementing these advancements, telehealth services are revolutionizing the way medical consultations are conducted. By enabling remote consultations, telehealth provides timely medical advice and support without the necessity of travel, making healthcare more accessible and convenient. This paper explores the impact of these technologies on improving communication and healthcare access, highlighting their benefits and the transformative potential they hold for individuals with communication difficulties and those seeking remote medical care.
