Lumosity provides a variety of games designed to exercise different cognitive functions, while Elevate focuses on tailored activities to improve reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Regular engagement with these apps is suggested to potentially enhance cognitive abilities, maintain mental agility, and delay the onset of cognitive decline. This abstract examines the methodologies and potential benefits of using Lumosity and Elevate, highlighting their roles in cognitive development and long-term mental health.
