Burnout has become a pervasive issue in modern workplaces, leading to significant impacts on both individual well-being and organizational productivity. This article explores key strategies for burnout prevention, emphasizing the importance of proactive measures such as promoting work-life balance, fostering a supportive work environment, and implementing stress-management programs. It also discusses the role of leadership in creating a culture that prioritizes employee well-being and offers practical recommendations for individuals and organizations to combat burnout. The article highlights evidence-based interventions and encourages ongoing dialogue between employers and employees to ensure sustainable solutions.
