Received Date: Dec 02, 2024 / Published Date: Dec 31, 2024
Abstract
Infection control measures are critical in healthcare settings to prevent the spread of infections, particularly in hospitals where patients are at a heightened risk due to compromised immune systems. This case report describes the implementation of comprehensive infection control measures in a hospital that experienced an outbreak of Methicillinresistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). The measures taken, their effectiveness, and lessons learned are discussed to provide insights into best practices for infection prevention in healthcare facilities.
