Abstract

Craniofacial malformations represent a spectrum of congenital neuromuscular disorders characterized by abnormalities in the growth and development of the head and facial bones. This article explores the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and management strategies associated with craniofacial malformations. Understanding the complex interplay of genetic, environmental, and nutritional factors contributing to these malformations is crucial for early detection, intervention, and improved patient outcomes. Through comprehensive research synthesis and analysis, this article aims to provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis and management of craniofacial malformations.
