This article explores the significant advancements in CM, including enhanced process efficiency, improved product quality, and integration with advanced digital technologies. Furthermore, it discusses the opportunities CM presents in clinical pharmacology, such as facilitating personalized medicine, enabling rapid responses to public health emergencies, streamlining drug development, and promoting environmental sustainability. Despite challenges related to initial investments and regulatory complexities, the future of CM in pharmaceutical production is promising, with potential to significantly improve drug development and patient care
