Abstract

Seasonal influenza presents a recurring public health challenge worldwide, characterized by annual epidemics that strain healthcare resources. Effective management strategies are essential to mitigate its impact on morbidity and mortality. This article reviews current guidelines and evidence-based practices in seasonal influenza management, emphasizing vaccination, antiviral therapy, infection control measures, and public health interventions. The role of healthcare providers in promoting vaccination and early diagnosis is highlighted, alongside considerations for high-risk populations. Challenges such as vaccine hesitancy and evolving viral strains are discussed, underscoring the need for adaptive public health responses.
