Abstract
Pregnancy is a critical period requiring comprehensive care to ensure the health and well-being of both the
mother and the developing fetus. This article reviews essential aspects of pregnancy care, including preconception
health, prenatal visits, nutrition, exercise, and mental health support. It highlights the importance of early and regular
prenatal care in identifying risks and managing complications. The article emphasizes that a holistic approach,
including medical, nutritional, and psychological support, can significantly improve maternal and fetal outcomes.
