Abstract

Guillain Barre Syndrome(GBS) is an acute,inflammatorypolyradiculoneuropathy,with varied Clinico-Electrophysiological features,some of which are associated with poor functional outcome. AIMS:This study is undertaken to evaluate the clinical,laboratory and electrophysiological features of patients with GBS admitted at our tertiary care hospital Chennai.It also aims to identify the parameters that can be used for early detection of patients with unfavourableoutcomes.
