Abstract
Chronic back pain is a prevalent condition affecting millions of individuals worldwide, leading to substantial disability and healthcare costs. Effective management of chronic back pain requires a multifaceted approach that addresses physical, psychological, and social factors contributing to the condition. This research article explores evidence-based strategies for the management of chronic back pain, including exercise therapy, cognitivebehavioral interventions, pharmacotherapy, and complementary therapies. Additionally, the role of healthcare providers in implementing a comprehensive biopsychosocial model for chronic back pain management is discussed. By integrating these strategies into clinical practice, healthcare professionals can help individuals with chronic back pain achieve improved function and quality of life.
