Abstract
This study investigates the clinical impact of perioperative sodium valproate injection on Hyperammonemia in neurosurgery patients. Hyperammonemia is a known complication in neurosurgery, particularly in patients receiving sodium valproate due to its potential to disrupt ammonia metabolism. The introduction of this study highlights the significance of Hyperammonemia in neurosurgical settings and the need for effective management strategies. The results section presents the findings of the clinical analysis, including the incidence of Hyperammonemia, the effect of sodium valproate injection on ammonia levels, and any associated complications. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the implications of the study findings, discussing the efficacy and safety of perioperative sodium valproate injection in mitigating Hyperammonemia in neurosurgery patients and providing recommendations for clinical practice.
