Abstract

Pancreatic cancer surgery remains the cornerstone of curative treatment for pancreatic adenocarcinoma, despite its challenging nature and the high morbidity and mortality associated with it. This comprehensive review explores the latest advancements in surgical techniques, perioperative management, and postoperative outcomes. The evolution of minimally invasive procedures, enhanced recovery protocols, and adjunctive therapies are discussed in detail. Recent data suggest that these innovations have contributed to improved survival rates and quality of life for patients.
The review highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary approach and continuous research to further refine surgical strategies and patient care.
