Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive exploration of nutritional strategies in cancer prevention and treatment. Emphasizing the crucial link between diet and cancer, the discussion covers the role of antioxidants, antiinflammatory foods, balanced macronutrients, and specific cancer-fighting compounds found in cruciferous vegetables. Additionally, the article addresses the importance of maintaining a healthy weight and the customization of nutrition plans during cancer treatment. The overarching goal is to highlight how proactive dietary choices can play a pivotal role in supporting overall health, reducing cancer risk, and enhancing the well-being of individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
