Abstract

Adolescence is a pivotal phase marked by dynamic physical, cognitive, emotional, and social transformations. This research article, titled “Navigating the Path to Adulthood: A Comprehensive Exploration of Adolescent Development,” embarks on a thorough examination of the multifaceted journey that defines the transition from childhood to adulthood. Drawing on current research, psychological theories, and empirical insights, this article seeks to unravel the complexities inherent in adolescent development. From the physical changes of puberty to the intricacies of identity formation and the challenges of navigating peer relationships, this exploration aims to provide a comprehensive overview.
