A Brief Discussion Mild Cognitive Impairment

Abstract
Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a neurocognitive disorder in which a person has cognitive impairments that are greater than those that would be expected based on an individual’s age and education but are not significant enough to prevent them from engaging in essential activities of daily living. MCI may be a transitional stage between normal aging and dementia, particularly Alzheimer’s disease. It includes both memory impairments and non-memory impairments.
