"H2O2-elicited oxidative stress treatment, the treated and control plants were completely immersed under 2 mM H2O2(pH=8.0)aqueous solution and deionized water, respectively, which was followed by vacuum infiltration. The treatment was performed with a pressure of 500 Torre for 10 minutes. Two jars were used for either control or treated group and approximate 1.3 gram tissues were harvested fromeach jar, and a total of two pairs of Forward and reciprocal labeling experimental repeats were performed. Immediately following the treatment, the entire aerial portion of abidopsis plants was harvested in liquid nitrogen as described previously.
