I would like to thank the Journal of Molecular Immunology and the members of the editorial board for giving me the opportunity to become a new Journal editor. As a new editor of Molecular Immunology, I am very excited about this nomination and accept the challenges associated with serving as an editor for Molecular Immunology. My vision as a new editor is to process and peer-review manuscript submissions in a timely fashion, accept submitted articles based on scientific merit score, and to encourage investigators to submit novel and thought-provoking articles. With the online submission system, the Journal of Molecular Immunology welcomes the submissions from local and international investigators.
I am committed to improving the quality of the submitted manuscripts by becoming more selective in the acceptance of peerreviewed articles, increasing the Journal’s impact factor. As an editor, I am determined to carefully and thoroughly examine the reviewers’ critiques and make sure they are constructive to provide the authors with accurate scientifc critques that will lead to improved scientific quality of the submitted manuscripts. The Journal also welcomes comments and suggestions that could improve the quality of the journal.
As a Molecular Immunology editor and an AIDS researcher I encourage researchers to submit their manuscripts that investigate the immunodeficiency mechanisms, regulatory T cells, molecular therapeutics, cell signalling and immune activation, cellular receptors and receptor signalling. This journal cannot be a success without the valuable contributions of authors. Therefore, I would like to invite all researchers to submit their research papers to Journal of Molecular Immunology.
