These factors disrupted hormonal harmony, affecting ovulatory function. Age-related changes were observed, with advanced maternal age leading to declining fertility and increased instances of anovulation [7]. Irregular menstruation was the most prevalent symptom, affecting over 80% of participants. Some reported amenorrhea, while others experienced prolonged or heavy bleeding.
