Importantly, digitalization has the potential to address longstanding disparities in healthcare access and outcomes by breaking down geographical barriers, expanding access to health information, and tailoring interventions to meet the needs of diverse communities. However, challenges such as privacy concerns, digital literacy gaps, and regulatory complexities must be navigated to ensure equitable access to the benefits of digital healthcare.
