These practices contribute to healthier soils, higher carbon sequestration, and increased water retention, all of which lead to more productive and resilient farming systems. By fostering soil health, regenerative agriculture not only helps to improve yields but also supports long-term food security, mitigates climate change, and enhances ecosystem services. This paper reviews the principles, practices, and benefits of regenerative agriculture, highlighting its potential to transform the future of food production while safeguarding natural resources for future generations.

Materials and Methods
Study design and overview
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of regenerative agriculture practices in enhancing soil health and crop productivity. The research focuses on comparing conventional farming systems with regenerative practices, assessing key indicators such as soil organic carbon, soil microbial activity, crop yields, and overall farm resilience. The study was conducted across multiple farming systems, including small-scale and large-scale farms, to evaluate the scalability and benefits of regenerative agriculture in different settings.
