PPPs facilitate knowledge transfer, infrastructure development, and financial support, ultimately fostering rural livelihoods and food security. This paper explores the role of PPPs in livestock farming, their impact on rural communities, and policy recommendations for optimizing their effectiveness in promoting sustainable agricultural development.
