Such insights have revolutionized diagnostic procedures and personalized treatment approaches. Additionally, the role of early-life experiences and trauma in shaping mental health outcomes has garnered significant attention, driving the development of trauma-informed therapeutic interventions. Treatment paradigms in psychiatry have evolved beyond traditional psychotherapeutic approaches to include pharmacotherapy, neuromodulation techniques, and digital therapeutics. The integration of psychotherapy with cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches remains fundamental, but these are now complemented by targeted medications and brain stimulation methods. Moreover, the emergence of digital platforms and mobile applications for mental health support has expanded access to resources and interventions, especially in underserved communities.

These digital tools have the potential to increase access to mental health resources, particularly in regions with limited mental health infrastructure [12].
