Editorial

Cure cancer means tackling the disease on many fronts, because it is the result of different aspects. We have to consider the tumour as a developed disease by an individual who, as such, will have his ways of thinking, behaving, eating, living, following a specific style of life that is often not well adapted to their psychological and physical well-being.

Thus treating the individual means taking into consideration:

• the chemical and physical aspect;

• the cognitive-behavioural aspect (patterns of thought, action);

• the psychological aspect refers to its history of past and present life;

• the nutritional aspect

For this very reason, in the treatment of a tumour you need to consider all these aspects, addressing the problem through an integrated cancer therapy which, as such considers them all as forming tumour pathology.

Therefore, this therapy involves different types of interventions at the same time:

• pharmacological intervention of a medical nature that intervenes to treat chemical and physical aspect through conventional cancer therapies such as chemotherapy, hyperthermia, etc. associated with functional natural medications to the immune system;

• psychological intervention which not only give valuable emotional support to the patient helps him through an inner journey, to relive never resolved internal injuries but still strongly existing and active within the mind and consequently inside the patient's body, according to that unbreakable bond psyche-soma; in addition, this type of intervention tackles possible blocks have occurred in the patient's development path helping him to overcome them; It facilitates the patient the externalization of emotional loads, for too long relegated internally; pushes the patient to review and possibly change ways of thinking and acting are not always adequate to their psychological and physical wellbeing;

• intervention of naturopathy and acupuncture works on the energy plan to equitably redistribute the energies in the body in an unbalanced way and facilitates pain relief to where it occurs;

• homeopathy intervention that synergically to the psychological pushes the patient in the right directions of internal change and external consequence compared to their lifestyle;

• nutritional intervention that promotes a better intake of different functional elements for the body to assist a chemical-physical balance;

• Massage action to allow better circulation and more psychophysical relaxation.

Only acting on several fronts, through an integrated cancer therapy can be adequately take action on malignant disease, and more concrete possibilities of healing.
