Today if we look down everywhere irrespective of the increasing population in each country has its own rules and regulation that we call also called as “law” under which it tries to work efficiently and look forward for the growth of the nation. It is obligatory in nature means it is giving allowance to citizen to build a bond and connection and also comply with legal rights and duties and also there must be restrictions as well to punish the wrong doer. These laws are generally known by the term “Municipal laws”. Today the entire globe is in need of better development and friendly relations with other country so that the relations can be developed and build upon and for this there is a need of strong law that is International law.

The word ‘International law’, also called as Laws of Nations and it was first defined by Jeremy Bentham in 1780.

Idea of Studying International Law

Today the interrelation of multiple states have led to the foundation of International law. The work of the International is to promote and maintain peace and harmony among the states for the better upliftment. It further help in strengthening the friendly relations with (members of the International community, such as United Nations), for giving human rights so that International problems that arises can be sorted out through international cooperation, and also ensure that the state do not uses force over other state and to use some specific peaceful measures to settle out all the international disputes by keeping the relation intact [1-11].

Glimpse of Human Rights law

Human rights always taught us new conception of getting one step closer towards achieving equality for all those people who are struggling with disabilities. This sort of strict approach is seen in international law and we could also see it in statutes over the time. With time there are numerous human rights instrument have been created and implemented by very own International community. And it also shows value to those people suffering with disabilities. Those people and individuals who are struggling a lot with the ailment of disability can make certain claims and raise their voices under one and only International Bill of Rights or we could say it as Universal declaration of Human Rights. The International Convention on Civil and Political Rights, and the Convention on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Now there are certain privileges only given to or is available for people suffering from disability and they can get those privileges accessible as advantage over International convention on the elimination of All forms of Racial Discrimination along with it the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment. The notion of human rights is continuously being invoked in the regard to human rights relief. It is also termed as assistance of Right. There are various external agencies, they tend to provide assistance.

Women with Disability :Real Colour of Thoughts

We live in the country of diversity, and it is sad to see that even today also the Women and girls who are suffering with disabilities in India specially are forced and sended to mental hospitals and various institutions, where the situation is even worst and unhygienic for them and its not feasible for them to stay at those places. And man has always shown dominance and this society is known by the dominance, the sexual assault, the inhuman treatment is all given to those women’s who actually are the savious. Our society never led our women grow, we talk about equality but it is hardly seen.

“Women and girls with high disabilities are dumped and thrown in these institutions by their own family members or even police in part because the government is not able to provide proper facility that is needed for them to take care of and once they are held up in these institutions, they are caged and they have no chances to escape. It actually seems like “A bird without Wings” who wished to fly high but no sky.

For the betterment of the society and women, our government should take proper necessary steps and ask for investigation with full channelization of the department and they should also keep an eye on their living area, as to where these womens or girls are being kept. Every country should take some step to make these womens and people with disabilities should also have a right to live peacefully with all securities and basic human rights. Equality must prevail in all terms and it should not be denied at any cost. All are human beings and its basic decisions about their lives and receive treatment on the basis of informed consent. In society where it is always noticed and seen that there is gender discrimination at all level whether in school, universities, or job perspective, the women who are today not physically and mentally sound they have to go through the dark side of the life and hardships and in this case they are just discouraged and loose there mind why? This question came up, why the dominance, why not the affection is shown towards those people, Are they not part of the society or they don’t have right to live – on account of their disability and gender – and are thus these women suffer violence and unjust treatment

Various Families, legal guardians, and child welfare committees can keep women and girls with disorders and certain mental issues or intellectual disabilities to organisations without their permissions. At times there are women found wandering in the streets, and they all should be picked up by police itself and sent to various care taking organisations through court orders. In certain case if it is found that none of the family members came to ask about their daughters, wife, child who are suffering with disability , they can even stay here for longer run.

Moral & Legal Rights in regard to Humanitarian Law

If we talk about the word right , we may get a notion as a justifiable claim, on legal or moral grounds, to have or obtain something, or to act in a certain way ‘Right can be termed as a useful means and it defines your claim which may be moral or legal, which can be made by one of the parties in regard to another. Some rights can be maintained or said as that we all can attain on grounds of humanity. Now the question arises that actually what are these claims comprises of and from whom can we claim them. Human rights are fundamentally moral claims.

To conclude this, Humanright is the basic right that everybody has and it’s there right, one cannot curtailed those right. Women are still ill-treated and international law has its implication to maintain the interstate relation with other countries and to also promote peace and friendly relations.Women with disability are often ignored and discriminated on every aspect of life.Equality should prevail.
