However, emerging research suggests that dietary interventions such as intermittent fasting and alternative eating patterns may offer promising benefits for improving blood glucose control in diabetic patients. This article examines the effects of intermittent fasting and other dietary patterns on blood sugar regulation, exploring their mechanisms of action, potential benefits, and challenges for individuals with diabetes [1].
Understanding Intermittent Fasting
