This patient is having red color lesion on his anterior and posterior aspect of the thigh along with itching since one and half year. It is a case of tinea corporis.
Tinea corporis is very common fungal infections seen in both general practitioners and dermatologists. Usually associated with itching and lesion which generally subside by antifungal therapy.
