This article explores how childhood immunity develops, the factors that influence it, and practical steps parents can take to build strong defenses from the beginning [2]. The foundation of a child’s health is often laid long before they are born. It is well established that a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin D and probiotics, plays an essential role in strengthening immunity. Furthermore, early exposure to a wide range of environmental factors, such as nature and other children, can help prime the immune system, teaching it how to respond effectively to new threats [4].
