Abstract

In the US alone 600,000 cancer patients die on yearly basis, which has increased by a rate of 20 percent in the last couple of years. Нis essential evidence speaks to the fact that today's standard medical technology just isn't working. Vice President Biden creates this national mission to launch this pioneering collaboration, the Cancer Summit. Нis far reaching goal is aimed at bringing together the greatest minds in order to break down the barrier which has impeded the progress in healing cancer through research, prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

Cancer Moonshot

In the US alone 600,000 cancer patients die on yearly basis, which has increased by a rate of 20 percent in the last couple of years. This essential evidence speaks to the fact that today's standard medical technology just isn't working. Vice President Biden creates this national mission to launch this pioneering collaboration, the Cancer Summit. This far reaching goal is aimed at bringing together the greatest minds in order to break down the barrier which has impeded the progress in healing cancer through research, prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

I Nick Kostovic have invented a revolutionary treatment, which I call the Kostovic Bio Technological Energetic Device. I have created in a proprietary circuitry which is able to separate the magnetic from electricity. My device using "bio electricity", natural amino acids and biophotons can wirelessly "burn away" any unhealthy cancer cells without surgery.

Which then the body can naturally excrete these unhealthy oxidized protein cells.

In the last 15 years I accomplished many "break-through" healing sessions with a number of patients with malignant cancer here in the US with my advanced technological discovery, with no negative side effects. I know this Summit focus is on cancer but I have also helped other ailments including MS, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's Disease, heart disease and Diabetes but I will leave this for another Summit that I hope the Vice President will want to delve into once this "Moon Shot" has achieved it's goals.

We have applied to the FDA and been given status as a medical laser device in it's own unique category but as they are a bureaucracy their progress has been extremely slow.

The Kostovic Bio Electric Laser Institute is a registered non-profit corporation. Our first dream is to have one Institute equipped with 20 K-BTE medical laser devices and other diagnostic devices, such as MRI, CT Scans, Ultra sound etc.. We would also have on staff 3 oncologists, 3 neurologists, 3 cardiologists and 3 physical therapists plus the staff to run this Institute. Including all these expenses it would cost approximately 20 million dollars. We know from experience that sick people are eager to come at any hour of the day and preferably not to miss work. So we plan to stay open from 6 am until midnight seven days a week. This means being open 18 hours a day, with three shifts of staff each working 6 hours. Our cancer session is 40 minutes long, but many patients have two sessions in a row.

Basically it looks like this 1 KBTE Device can perform 27 sessions daily for 40 minutes equating working 18 hours a day. But there could be no shows so let's say we average 25 sessions a day for 25 patients. In one month (30 days) one KBTE device will perform 750 sessions for 25 patients. One KBTE device could help 25 patients in 30 days. If the average cancer patient came to our Institute for 30 days in a row we could rescue their life from cancer.

Our goal of course is to have 20 KBTE machines at this Institute. Then we would be able to utilize these 20 KBTE Devices to help even more patients suffering from cancer. With 20 KBTE Devices, in one month we could perform 15,000 sessions. So now imagine instead of 1 KBTE Device helping 25 patients with 20 KBTE Devices we could help 500 patients, within a total of 15,000 sessions since each machine can perform 750 sessions in a month. When each of those 20 KBTE machines performing on 25 patients daily we are helping 500 patients per month stop their cancer from growing. In 1 month helping 500 patients within 10 months we could help 5,000 patients. To be conservative we will consider 10 months to equate to a year. This is from just from one "Kostovic Bio Electric Laser Institute", helping 5,000 patients yearly.

Our bigger dream would be to have 20 of our Institutes across the country rescuing 100,000 patients yearly? This means each institute yearly (approximately 10 months) rescuing 5,000 patients from cancer, and with 20 institutes across the country × 5,000 patients = 100,000 patients! We estimate it would take us 1 1/2 - 2 years to open 20 Institutes across the country.

Now if we are truly serious we can easily imagine 100 Institutes across the nation helping 5,000 patients yearly, this becomes saving 500,000/ five hundred thousand cancer patients yearly. This we could reasonable accomplishes with 100 Institutes, and we can open it in 5 years. So if this Summit is truly serious about stopping cancer then we are asking for funding for 100 Institutes, and realistically we could set up 20 Institutes each year

I agree with Biden that the word to define America is "possibilities". With this technological discovery the possibilities for healing cancer is before us right now! With the goal of doubling the rate of progress towards curing cancer and finding dependable funding we could conservatively open 20 Institutes across the country in 1 1/2 years. Imagine saving 100,000 cancer patients from dying annually. I would say that is much more than doubling the rate towards stopping cancer from killing Americans.

After that open new 100 Institute will be easy and it will decrease dead from cancer from 600,000 today to less than 100,000 lives in less than 5 years. After 120 institutes are open, it will rescue more than 500,000 lives yearly.

You can imagine with the increasing cases of cancer healings across the US become news, then our Institutes will be requested in every major city across America and then across the globe since this deadly killer knows no borders.

We are the only Institute in the world which has developed this remarkable, efficient and safe medical laser device, using bio electron's photons to heal cancer with no side effects.

I'm so excited that Vice President Biden has listen to the US citizenry demanding more options for stoping cancer. I'm admiring Vice President Biden to call out to those of us who have dared to think "outside the box". This is a huge step toward ending the current flawed cancer treatment system and sanctioning other proven cancer treatment choices. We at the Kostovic Biotechnological Institute have defied the bounds of innovation and are ready and eager to contribute to the Cancer Moonshot program because we know we have found a technology to put a stop to cancer growth.

As you can see I think "outside" of the box as did my great grand uncle Nikola Tesla. I would hope that the next "moon shot" would be to focus on the heart. I'm so eager to share with you the prospects of using the KBTE device to prevent heart disease and heart attacks. Our technology can prevent heart disease by cleaning the arteries of plaque; we can clean even the smallest of capillaries. Then after cleaning the next step is to help the injured organ muscle tissue to regrow. Which I did successfully while working in Dr. Thomas W. Duffy's office with a few of his patients suffering from various heart problems. I could imagine all of this could also be done through our profit Corporation. I'm looking forward to more collaboration with the office of Vice President Biden.
