• One should have 10+ years of experience in the relative accomplishments in public or private sector

• One who have a Part-time research experience will be considered as pro-rata (Proportional) basis

• It is determined from the date you received the (first) degree which entitles you to do a doctorate (either in the country where the degree was obtained or in the country where the researcher is recruited), even if a doctorate has never been initiated or expected
