Anxiety Related Disorders among Adolescents

Commentary
Adolescence is that period of life where young teenagers gradually turn up to legal aged adults. At this stage, people develop physically, sexually, and psychologically. Apart from their growth, appearance, and development, there seems to be a lot of changes in their brain development and functions. Their mental state will have major changes like mood swings, mental disorders, panic attacks, disturbing emotions, blind faith, etc. Few adolescents literally feel like famous personalities and try to conquer the world and hype over silly issues. At this adolescence stage of life, people go deaf ear and do not listen to their elders, guardians, parents and try to take their own decisions. Eventually, early aged adolescents (especially teenagers) end up messing up their lives by getting addicted to opiate agents, sedative drugs, narcotic substances, and alcoholic beverages to come of the stress or pain they are facing. Using these substances, people have an imbalanced and uncontrolled state of mind. They even disturb their relations with beloved ones. Alcohols consumption and cigarette smoking are mainly used by adolescents to come out of the stress and these days, they are even using e-cigarettes for vaping in groups. They form into groups and stay away from their families and beloved ones, as even their presence will make them irritated so they will either enjoy lonely or create a comfort zone with people who have same mindsets.
Adolescents go through a lot of trauma due to pressures, addictions and feel so depressed and stressed. And this stress will lead to anxiety, fear, and other mental disorders. These anxiety disorders lead to worries, fear, frustration, stress, and other mental disorders. And these anxiety disorders also make biological changes and lead to various health issues. These anxiety disorders lead to fear or worries and they feel burden over small issues and simple tasks too. Anxiety increases the risks of high blood pressure, stress disorder, respiratory disorders, and cardiac attacks and leads to panic attacks, phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, brain dead, etc. One who is suffering from this anxiety related disorder seems to have anxiety attacks for 30 minutes to 1 hour. But it takes hours and even days to build up and react to the situations. And this anxiety is not curable but, there are many ways to escape and to reduce the consequences raised by this disorder.
Generalised anxiety disorder is a persistent and common disorder, in which the patient has unfocused worry and anxiety that is not connected to recent stressful events, although it can be aggravated by certain situations. It is twice as common in women as it is in men. The major issues with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) are emotional difficulties, which are usually explained without considering the personality pathology in the context of which GAD occurs. The approach proposes a deeper understanding of the emotional problems associated with GAD, and presents the psychodynamic concept of the level of personality organization (LPO). The aim of this research was to identify the significance of the level of personality organization for emotional processing in GAD.
It was expected:
(1) that passionate preparing challenges in summed up uneasiness would be more extreme among those with lower character association than among those with higher character association;
(2) and that the level of character organization would mediate the link between emotional difficulties and the severity of GAD.
Various measures have been used to control and monitor anxiety related disorders. During this treatment these adolescent’s suffering with anxiety disorder are kept in silence and calm places, aromatherapy, sound therapies (melodies and soft tunes), massages are given and acupuncture is also used. Only a few medications are used for treating blood pressure, palpitations, etc. but none of them can treat anxiety. It can only be treated with controlling emotions, depressions, and state of mental health.
