Abstract
Pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) has become a cornerstone in the management of chronic respiratory diseases, particularly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Recent advancements in PR techniques have significantly improved patient outcomes, enhancing both physical and psychological well-being. This article reviews the latest advancements in PR, focusing on innovative exercise protocols, telemedicine, nutritional support, and the integration of psychological care.
