The improper nutritional diets in the present day have led to many changes in the food that we intake. Prehistoric food consisted of an equal amount of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids but in the present day, the intake of Omega-3 fatty acids is reduced. Researches are going on to increase the nutritional security and lowering of intake omega-6 fatty acid. In the same way, the present studies involve the employment of a natural compound in the diet which can reduce the risk of many heart diseases. Allicin from garlic has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties with proven health benefits.

The lack of knowledge on a proper nutritional diet may lead to many diseases. This will affect the growth in children, metabolism in adults. Due to the dysfunction, the fat will be deposited in the body which will lead to obesity. To avoid the consequences with increased cholesterol in the body scientists and doctors are working hard to introduce new techniques to avoid many chronic diseases with obesity.
