Molecular immunology deals with immune responses at cellular and molecular level. Molecular immunology has been evolved for better understanding of the sub-cellular immune responses for prevention and treatment of immune related disorders and immune deficient diseases. Journal of molecular immunology focuses on the invitro and invivo immunological responses of the host.
Journal of Molecular Immunology focuses on the areas such as immunological disorders, invitro and invivo immunological host responses, humoral responses, immunotherapies for treatment of cancer, treatment of autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto’s disease, myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Treatment of Immune deficiencies such as hypersensitivities, chronic granulomatous disease, diagnostic immunology research aspects, allografts, etc.. Quality articles are welcome for submission which will aid in attaining high impact factor.
Emerging practices and the experiences in this field needs a critical and thorough discussion to spread the knowledge so that the researchers, immunologists and pharmacist adopt them to pass on the benefits to the needy. The Journal of Molecular Immunology accepts articles in the form of research articles, review articles, short communications, letter to editors, commentaries, case reports, etc. This Immunology journal is a peer reviewed open access scholarly journal dedicated towards distribution of valuable information for the societal benefit.
Journal of Molecular Immunology follows Editorial Manager System for quality in peer review process. Editorial Manager is an online manuscript submission, review and tracking systems used by most of the best open access journals.

Chemokines are a family of small cytokines, or signaling proteins secreted by cells. Their name is derived from their ability to induce directed chemotaxis in nearby responsive cells. Examples include Neutrophils are regulated primarily by CXC chemokines.

Immune response by biopharmaceuticals agents are increasing greatly. The first generation of such products were of non-human origin, such as bovine-insulin, streptokinase or staphylokinase. The more recent preparations include human recombinant DNA products, such as interferon (IFN)α 2a, IFNβ, erythropoietin, insulin and growth hormone.

Immunosenescence refers to the gradual deterioration of the immune system brought on by natural age advancement. Immune senescence, or the aging of the immune system, particularly its effect on changes in lymphocyte development and function, predisposes older adults to a higher risk of latent virus reactivation. The varicella-zoster virus, for example, the agent responsible for chickenpox in children, remains dormant in nerve cells in the trigeminal and dorsal root ganglia and reactivates in later life to cause shingles and post-herpetic neuralgia.

Nonclassical molecules (MHC class IB) exhibit limited polymorphism and expression than MHC Ia. It may be recognised by specific subsets of T-cell receptors or by innate immune receptors. Owing to their recognition by a more restricted set of receptors, MHCâ€Ib are able to elicit a rapid response from immune cells and are, therefore, regarded as part of the innate immune system. Some MHCâ€Ib act as antigen presenting structures, whereas others are recognised as direct ligands for immune receptors.

Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process (FEE-Review Process):
Journal of Molecular Immunology is participating in the Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process (FEE-Review Process) with an additional prepayment of $99 apart from the regular article processing fee. Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process is a special service for the article that enables it to get a faster response in the pre-review stage from the handling editor as well as a review from the reviewer. An author can get a faster response of pre-review maximum in 3 days since submission, and a review process by the reviewer maximum in 5 days, followed by revision/publication in 2 days. If the article gets notified for revision by the handling editor, then it will take another 5 days for external review by the previous reviewer or alternative reviewer.Acceptance of manuscripts is driven entirely by handling editorial team considerations and independent peer-review, ensuring the highest standards are maintained no matter the route to regular peer-reviewed publication or a fast editorial review process. The handling editor and the article contributor are responsible for adhering to scientific standards. The article FEE-Review process of $99 will not be refunded even if the article is rejected or withdrawn for publication.
The corresponding author or institution/organization is responsible for making the manuscript FEE-Review Process payment. The additional FEE-Review Process payment covers the fast review processing and quick editorial decisions, and regular article publication covers the preparation in various formats for online publication, securing full-text inclusion in a number of permanent archives like HTML, XML, and PDF, and feeding to different indexing agencies.
