Mental health defines the absence or presence of any type of brain or psychological disorder. It refers to psychological state of an individual whose behavior and emotions are in good control of brain or not. Mental health is important from childhood through adulthood as it affects school performance in children to social interactions, accomplishing assigned tasks, confidently taking decisions, handling stress etc., in adults. Both genetic and environmental factors can contribute to mental health disorders. Counselors, physicians, psychologists, or therapists can be approached for counseling, medication, or psychotherapy.
A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Each such journal article becomes part of the permanent scientific record.
