Biography

Vladan Radosavljević (MD, PhD) is Associate Professor in Biodefence, Biosecurity at the Military Academy in Belgrade, Serbia. He is specialist in epidemiology and his PhD is also from epidemiology. Currently, he is Chief of the Department for Preventive Medicine at the Serbian Military Medical Corps Headquarters, in Serbian Ministry of Defense. Before that he was Deputy Director of Military Institute for Preventive Medicine in Belgrade, Serbia. On November 15-17, 2010, he was Co-director of the NATO ARW (NATO Advanced research workshop) hold at the Serbian Academy of Science and Arts in Belgrade, Serbia, dedicated to some aspects of bioterrorism and biopreparedness. He was on specializations abroad: three times in Norway and two times in Germany (in total about one year). He is appointed as international reviewer in the: Security Dialogue, International Journal of Cancer, Serbian Military Medical Journal
