Hematopoietic journals in which one of these miRNAs, miR-181, was preferentially conveyed in the B-lymphoid units of mouse bone marrow, and its ectopic sign in hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells commanded to an expanded part of B-lineage cells in both tissue-culture differentiation assays and adult mice. Our outcomes indicate that microRNAs are constituents of the molecular circuitry that controls mouse hematopoiesis and propose that other microRNAs have similar regulatory roles throughout other facets of vertebrate development. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Each such journal article becomes part of the permanent scientific record.
