Biography

He completed his Ph.D: On "Biotechnology and Law: Patenting of Life- with special reference to the legal systems of United States, European Union and India", from the University of Mysore, Karnataka, 2006. He did his LL.M: With Constitutional Law and Business & Trade Law as specialization from University of Mysore, Karnataka, India during 2001-2003. LL.B: From Saraswathi Law College, Chitradurga, Kuvempu University, Karnataka, India during 1998- 2001. B.Com: From S.D.G.S College, Hindupur, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur Dist, Andhra Pradesh, during 1995-1998.

Achievements / Honours:

Secured FIRST RANK and GOLD MEDAL in LL.B from Kuvempu University in the year 2001.

Honoured by Saraswathi Law College and Kuvempu University for securing FIRST RANK/GOLD MEDAL in law on 29-01-02 at Saraswathi Law College, Chitradurga.

Selected for NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India in 2002.

Cleared UGC.NET exam in June 2003 and again in June 2005. Cleared A.P. Judiciary MAGISTRATE /JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE Exam conducted in March 2004, selected and appeared for oral interview at Hyderabad in July 2004.

Student opinion poll adjudged me as the one among the best teachers at the Department of Law, University of Mysore continuously for three years from 2004-05 to 2006-07.

Honoured by the University of Mysore through the Ambedkar Study Center, University of Mysore on 14-04-07 at Mysore for obtaining PH.D IN LAW AT THE YOUNGEST AGE OF 27 YEARS.

Honoured by the Saraswathi Law College, Chitradurga, (Kuvempu University) Karnataka on 21-04-07 at Chitradurga, for being the FIRST AND ONLY PERSON TO OBTAIN DOCTORAL DEGREE IN LAW HAVING STUDIED LAW FROM KUVEMPU UNIVERSITY.

Students and university opinion poll adjudged me as the one among the most beautiful persons at the National University of Juridical Sciences, NUJS for the year 2007-2008.

My books titled INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, HUMAN RIGHTS, BIOTECHNOLOGY AND PATENT LAW have been exhibited, displayed and catalogued in prestigious foreign universities to mention few GEORGE WASHIGTON UNIVERSITY, Washington D.C, USA, EUROPEAN INSTITUTE UNIVERSITY, Austria, SYDNEY UNIVERSITY, Sydney, Australia, University of Freiberg, Germany and also it has become popular in top notch and reputed law universities in India such as NATIONAL LAW SCHOOL OF INDIA UNIVERSITY, Bangalore, NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF JURIDICAL SCIENCES, Kolkata, INDIAN LAW INSTITUTE, New Delhi, NALSAR UNIVERSITY OF LAW, Hyderabad, and many such other prestigious institutions/law schools and Universities.
