Biography
Dr. Siu Shing Man received his BSc and PhD from the City University of Hong Kong. He joined the School of Design, South China University of Technology, as an Associate Professor in June 2022. He has a wide range of research interests in safety and health, human factors, industrial design, biomechanics, and behavioral sciences. He has published 23 refereed papers in SCI/SSCI journals in ergonomics covering safety and health and human-machine interfaces to promote the ergonomics profession and practice internationally. Dr. Man is a member of the Hong Kong Ergonomics Society. Dr Man is serving as a guest editor for International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health and for Sustainability. Dr. Man served as a reviewer for a number of prestigious journals, such as Safety Science, Automation in Construction, Journal of Safety Research, International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Ergonomics, Sustainability, Applied Sciences, ISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information, Processes, Risk Management and Healthcare Policy, Journal of Asian Architecture and Building Engineering, Displays, and Revista de la Construcción. Journal of Construction.
