Biography
Rancés Blanco graduated from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences (University of Havana, Cuba) in 2007 as Bachelor of Health Technology. In 2007, he began Member of the Cuban Society of Morphological Sciences. Afterward, he was completed a diploma in Human Histology at “Victoria de Girón” Institute of Basic and Pre-clinic Sciences (Havana, 2008). He received the Ministry of Public Health Award and the National Academy of Sciences Award in 2012 and 2013, respectively. In 2016, he obtained a PhD in Health Sciences (University of Medical Sciences, Havana). He has published about 40 papers in international peer-reviewed journals. He is currently Principal Analyst at the Laboratory of Specific Recognition and Biological Activity Assays (Center of Molecular Immunology, Havana).
