Dr. Qadri is a molecular biologist with interests in pathogenesis of viral diseases and cancer. He is investigating the underlying potential mechanism(s) that govern the genesis of cancer and abnormal cell's ability to infiltrate and destroy normal body tissue. The particular focus is on hepatic cancer stem cells, molecular biology and life cycle of hepatitis B and C Viruses. Prof. Qadri is recipient of over 30 international R&D and P&D grants.
