Biography

Melaku Tafese Awulachew was born in 1991. He has earned his master degree in the field of Chemical engineering (food engineering) from Addis Ababa technology university, Ethiopia (2022) and he earned his B.Sc. degree in Chemical engineering (Process engineering) from Adama Science and Technology University, Ethiopia (2015). He is working as Researcher at Ethiopian institute of Agricultural research institute of Food science and nutrition research directorate, in Ethiopia. He served as Food science and agricultural research laboratories process head, and food science and nutrition research process head for (8/2018-7/2020) and currently he is candidate for associate Researcher academic level. He published more than 46 refereed papers by peer reviewed journals, books and book chapters. He have 61/2 years experiences in research institute and ½ year in industries. His research interests are air quality control modeling, toxicology and human exposure, indoor air pollution assessment, indoor air analyzing and control, particle technology and ergonomics. He currently has master students and is one of the responsible persons for several research projects in Ethiopian institute of Agricultural research
