Manasvi gupta
I completed my dissertation on ‘Non-Fungible Tokes in the existing legal framework’ where I analyzed NFTs from the perspective of property law, intellectual property rights, and crime. I highlighted the scope of the present legal system in a Blockchain and the need for regulation and legal innovation. I have an interest in Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Crypto tokens, and women’s rights.
Previously, during my post-graduation, I worked as a researcher and assisted Dr. Madhuri Pareek (Dean and Director at the Institute of Law, Nirma University) with her work. I have also written articles on Women’s rights.
