Biography

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Ambo University in 2007; while I was serving the obligatory service for the Nation, I applied for Post-graduate study and graduated with a Master of Adult Health nursing specialty with a very great distinction from the same University 2012. I am currently teaching a variety of public health courses at Assosa University (ASU)), in the School of Health Science. After I got an opportunity to work at Assosa University, I motivated and helped the students to conduct research. I have published five (5) articles in various peer-reviewed and indexed journals. I am also presented numerous scientific posters and papers at national conferences. I am very interested in doing research in different areas of health issues such as non-communicable diseases (NCDs), HIV/AID, health risks, and Research related to nursing care and palliative care.
