Prof. Antonello Santini, Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences, University of Napoli Federico II, is Faculty member of the Department of Pharmacy, University of Napoli Federico II, Italy. Teaching: Food Chemistry: Food Chemistry and Analysis of Food and Nutraceuticals.. Research areas of interests: Food Chemistry; Food safety; Food contaminants; Nutraceuticals; Mycotoxins and secondary metabolites; Conatminats; Risk assesment; Food analysis; Chemistry and food education. Internationalization and Coordination activity. Responsible of funded Research Projects (PRIN, Italian Ministry of University, Education and Research). Responsible of General Cultural Agreements established between the University of Napoli Federico II and the Universities of: Buenos Aires (Argentina), La Plata (Argentina), Rio Negro (Argentina), Université Hassan II Ain Chock Casablanca (Morocco), Universitetin Haxhi Zeka, Peje (Republika e Kosoves), Universidade de Sao Paulo (Brasil).
